Rustlers Steakhouse & Grill has been a cornerstone of Albany’s dining scene since its humble beginnings in September 1999. Over the years, Rustlers has evolved, driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering the finest culinary experiences to both locals and visitors of the Great Southern Region.In 2005, Les Palmer joined the Rustlers team, bringing with him a dedication to ensuring that the restaurant thrived, even in the absence of its founders. Les' wife, Susie, later joined the team, adding her own touch of warmth and hospitality to the Rustlers experience.

By 2016, Les and Susie took over the reins, building on the strong foundation laid before them. Under their leadership, Rustlers has grown from strength to strength, continually finding new ways to source premium local products and deliver top-quality food and service.

Through ongoing refinement of our procedures, Rustlers remains committed to upholding the highest standards. We’re always focused on ensuring that our customers enjoy one of the best dining experiences in town, making every visit to Rustlers memorable.
